Commercial Landlord-Tenant Actions and Leases

Lynn started her commercial litigation practice 30 years ago in landlord-tenant court and today, through LPP Law, she still helps her clients in the commercial real estate industry with their tenant issues.

LPP Law represents owners and property management companies in commercial and residential landlord-tenant failure to pay rent and holdover actions.

We also help our small businesses and nonprofit organizations with drafting and negotiating their small office, retail or lab leases and subleases.

LPP Law is uniquely qualified to assist in the eviction of a resident employee from the employer’s property (apartment complexes, assisted living complexes, or parkland) upon termination of the employment relationship.

Lynn Perry Parker is also a trained mediator and has mediated fair housing cases in the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights.
