With 25 years of national and local law firm experience, Lynn Perry Parker launched LPP Law in August 2012 to primarily represent local and national for-profit and nonprofit businesses, and executives. LPP Law focuses on employment law, commercial litigation, including derivative action suits, counseling in business operations, and policy development.

Industries represented in LPP Law’s client base include commercial real estate investment, property management and development; education; childcare; eldercare; hospitality/restaurants; media; IT and professional services. Representation of public school administrators and teachers in matters concerning standardized test protocols is just one example of LPP Law’s unique and comprehensive employment law practice.

Lynn's dedication to her work has earned her recognition by her peers as a "Top Lawyer" in Washingtonian magazine. Her clients have repeatedly and independently nominated her for inclusion in the Washington SmartCEO, "Legal Elite" list. Lynn practices in the Maryland, Virginia and DC local and federal courts and is also a certified mediator. She shares her legal knowledge and experience by serving in a a number of volunteer advocacy positions for business and education organizations.
